Econia is dedicated to taking care of the relations between international companies and the Finnish public administration. This enables our customers to concentrate on their core business – also in Finland.

Econia performs your obligations towards the tax administration and the occupational safety and health administration, regarding both payroll administration and accounting: tax cards, tax and VAT returns, withholding and advance taxes and payment plans. Additionally, we also submit requests for residence permits and the issuance of personal identity codes to the police and the local register offices on your behalf and file for Kela cards from the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela).

We make occupational health contracts with local authorities, transact with the customs and provide assistance with banking and insurance matters, as and when necessary. Econia has long-standing experience in managing the affairs of companies working at the Olkiluoto site.
